Cosmo was one of my very best friends growing up in N.E. Philadelphia. To all his family and other friends my deepest condolences. We shared a lot together same street, same kindergarten, same schools, first Holy Communion, first bikes, first cars, and beating video games together. Always going over each others houses everyday after school. Riding bikes everywhere our legs could take us. He was the type of person to always help someone out if they needed it. Friends and strangers alike. I will miss him very very much, as will anyone that knew Cosmo. Rest easy buddy, we all loved you. It will truly be a different world without you in it. You most certainly will never be forgotten.

Cosmo was one of the coolest people I knew. We hung out a lot in the 2000s and he always seemed a step ahead of everyone. He was really good at all trades of work and it wasn't work to him. He put a radio in my car and would fix anything. He was always calm and cool and had a comeback for everything said to him, and it was always funny. I heard he had a construction business going and I was happy for him. When I heard he passed, I could barely get through work. I hope he is just fine, and just crossed into a new plane. I hope when I finally go, I get to hear him say "Ayo.. dyin ain't shit kid, you'll be aiit lol". I'm hoping that Cosmo and all whom we've lost are waiting for us with no problems and nothing but greatness happiness and peace. I wish everyone the best throughout this very sad time.

My sincerest condolences to the Sellecchia family, as you are all in my thoughts, Cosmo was a very wonderful and strong man, heaven gained another angel. Sending prayers and a lot of love your way. May you find comfort that our loved ones in heaven are looking after him now. My heart goes out to you all in these times of sorrow

My heart goes out to the Sellecchia family🌹 Cosmo and I were best friends since kindergarten. I loved my big brother. I can't even put into words how I feel because of the rip I feel in my heart and the memories overflowing in my mind. I miss your humongous bear hugs where you'd lift me in the air, making me feel like a kid again. I thank you for always being there for me and my family. Mike, Anna, Theresa, I am so sorry. My parents lost a son and I lost a brother and know how very difficult this is for you. Trust that Cosmo is now with God and happy and doing absolutely everything he can think of to let you know he's more than okay now, he's better than ever, and that you'll see him again one day. Hold onto that and keep putting one foot in front of the other, day by day, and I promise you that although you never forget, you eventually find peace. I didn't learn of Cosmo's passing until the day after his service; otherwise I would have been there. I watched it online just now--look how many turned out to pay their respects! He touched a lot of hearts and was sent off with so much love. A big guy with a big personality and a big heart to match--he knows you need him. Try to feel his presence as he tries to comfort you. We just heard of Cosmo's passing and we can only imagine your devastation. He was a high spirited child, but sweet, and he was a good friend to our Greg. We are so sorry for your loss.
