Julie, your father was blessed to have you as his daughter. You did everything for him, and I know he greatly appreciated you.

Julie, your father was a really good man, and we all know that he loved you so much. I do miss sitting on that front porch and just talking about life with him. Two of my everlasting memories of him are 1) when I was 14 years old, he drove me to the store so that I could buy a color TV and surprise my parents for Christmas and 2) right before I moved to Las Vegas, I saw him sitting on the porch as I was driving down Roosevelt Boulevard and made a u-turn just to stop and say hi; that would be one of the last times that I had a conversation with him. I’m sure that he and my father are now sitting on some porch somewhere in heaven having a beer. “Uncle Bob” will always have a special place in our hearts.
