I recall the first year I met Frank was when Gabe brought some of us over to the Bustleton Swim Club before heading out for the night. Mr. Steiner and a group of his buddies were all jumping off chairs to the song "It's Raining Men." They were hooting and smiling and the women were off to the side hysterical. I thought that Gabe had the coolest dad ever but he was a bit crazy. I envision in my head that he is up in heaven with old pals dancing away to this song and preparing for the next ball game. It was an honor to know such a nice man and he will be dearly missed. Frank was one of the great ones who don't come along too often.
