Mrs. McBride was one of the kindest and sweetest persons I’ve ever known. She will truly be missed.

Dear Tony,

Pat Tenuta told me the sad news about Marie’s passing. I am so sorry. Marie and I have been good friends since I met her on Marsden Street when I was 10 years old. We maintained and nurtured our friendship throughout the years. Although we lived miles away, we kept in touch by phone. I will miss our conversations.

My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family, especially Marie’s sons and grandchildren.

With love from Marie’s longtime loyal friend. Joyce

Marie was smart, strong and caring. As a child, she often had me over her home and took care of me right alongside her two sons. Her mother, Mrs. Farano, also took care of me and, of course, fed me good Italian food. They are both missed. John Marroletti
