William and Patricia Whartenby
William R. Whartenby, Sr. passed away on May 13, 2024 and Patricia A. Whartenby (nee Bowman) passed away on November 30, 2023, both at the age of 89. They are the beloved parents of Patricia Whartenby and William R. Whartenby, Jr. They are the loving grandparents of Blake Whartenby. Bill is the dear brother of Robert, Michael, David, Stephen Bernice Scaltrito and the late Jean Davis and Dorothy Callaghan. Patricia is the dear sister of Bonnie Trainor, Leonard Bowman and the late Richard and Jack Bowman. They are also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to their visitation on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 9 to 10am at the Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19115. Their Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am with interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
