Bryan C. Davis

Bryan C. Davis was working actively on his sobriety, but succumbed to his addiction and passed away on September 6, 2021 at 41 years of age. He is survived by his mom, Elizabeth Lundrigan; sister, Linda Davis, two daughters, Serenity and Izabella; father Charles Davis (Maria); half-sisters, Kerrilyn, Kristen and Karlie; and paternal grandmother, Mary Davis. He was the grandson of the late Charles Davis and maternal grandparents, the late Vince and Rita Lundrigan who loved him dearly. His supportive immediate family is deeply saddened and heartbroken, as are special aunts/uncles, cousins and many friends. His loss in this life is immeasurable. Bryan was born and raised in Philadelphia and a carpenter by trade. He was grateful for the many friends he had in AA who supported him throughout the years. He was thankful for the kindness and generosity from those friends and at times even strangers. He was very grateful to have people in his life that loved and supported him. Bryan loved his daughter Serenity dearly and loved to be with her. Even though he was apart from Izabella, he loved her just as much and treasured the times he could be with her. He was grateful that she was with his dad, whom he loved. Bryan was very close to his sister. He spent a lot of time with his mom and called most every day. He was a good son. He enjoyed his guitar and playing music. Even though his addiction took over his life at times, it did not define who he was. He was a soul-full, caring human. He will be remembered for his friendliness and kindness. He was thoughtful, helpful, patient and funny. Even when he had little in his pocket, he shared it with others in need. To those that knew him well, Bryan was well liked and will be greatly missed. Bryan’s family is forever comforted and grateful to those who had shown him kindness and support in spite of his addiction. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, September 11th from 10 to 11am at the GALZERANO FUNERAL HOME at 9304 Old Bustleton Avenue, Phila PA 19115. His Funeral Service will follow at 11am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, if you wish, kindly send a donation in Bryan’s memory to St. Francis Inn, 2441 Kensington Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125.
