Louise Gatti Service Information

Louise C. Gatti “Weez”, 54, of Philadelphia, peacefully returned home to the Lord on Sunday, April 30, 2023; after a long and courageous battle with Cancer.

Predeceased by her loving mother, Janice Eileen Gatti (nee Moscato) 2010, and grandparents; Anthony & Antonetta Gatti; Frank & Louise Moscato, respectively.

Louise is survived by her daughter, Isabella Russell; and devoted and loving father, Duke (John) J. Gatti. 

Louise was a faithful member of Our Lady of Consolation Parish, shared a deep devotion to Our Blessed Mother, and was ever present at the Italian Feast over the years.

Both a graduate of Our Lady of Consolation School (Class of ‘82), and St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls (Class of ‘86); Louise was a shining example of a Catholic Christian woman: always giving of herself and her time; especially with her family.  As a professional, Louise was reliable, dependable, and always focused on helping others.

Louises’ greatest accomplishment was being a mother. She took pride in watching Isabella grow in Faith and develop into a bright young individual. She loved Isabella with her whole heart; always her Boo.

Louise leaves behind many cherished Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins encapsulating the entire Gatti & Moscato family tree; as well as countless treasured friends & acquaintances.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 5, 2023, beginning at 930am at Our Lady of Consolation Church. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
