Anne Stinson (Majewski)

Anne Stinson passed away on December 19, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.  Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Catherine (Kelly) Majewski.

She was a member of St. Pius X Church since 1998 and previous member of Holy Innocents Church for 25 years . She was an accomplished cook and enjoyed cooking for her family especially for her grandchildren.  Anne had a great wit and always said what was on her mind . Anne was universally loved by all who were lucky enough to know her. Anne had a great love for the church and was a devoted Catholic, which included giving ashes outside of church on Ash Wednesday.  Anne helped run all the family businesses. In addition to her contribution to the Beauty Salon, Jewelry Store and Finnigan’s Wake, Anne enjoyed a variety of volunteer opportunities. Anne was always keeping busy including active member of the Northeast Mother's of Multiples since 1974bowling for St. Dots, morning workouts at Curves, driving her Grandkids anywhere they needed to go, and doing countless loads of laundry in Longport for everyone. She was everyone’s Mom, Mom-Mom and best friend .

She leaves behind so many people who loved her. She will be missed but not forgotten .

Beloved wife of the late William G. Stinson: Amazing mother of Anemarie (Joe), Billy, Noele (William), Shawn (Jen). Cherished Mom-Mom of Gabby, Joey, Michael, Brendan, Fiona, Ainsleigh, Cooper and Casey . She is predeceased by her five brothers: Alfred, James, John, Joseph and Francis. She is survived by her sisters, Catherine Duerr  and Mary Baldassarre. 

Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 9:30 to 11am at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall PA 19008.  Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11am.  Interment Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers her family would prefer donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
