Robert Bryson

Robert F. Bryson, age 80, a US Army Veteran, died Monday April 11, 2022. Robert is the loving husband of Lynne (nee Hunsberger). He is the loving father of Douglas (Susan) and Karen Parkhill (Jason). He adores his 7 grandchildren (Ryan), Cole, Evan, Collin, Braedon, Sean, and Nathan and great grandson Malcolm. Robert was the brother of the late Mary Giordano (Richard), Jack (Rose), Frank (survived by Mert), and Neil (survived by Kathleen).

 

Robert dedicated his life to protecting and helping others. He served in the US Army and Vietnam War. He was a dedicated firefighter for the Philadelphia Fire Department. He then continued his career in fire safety at Temple University and LaSalle University. He enjoyed cooking for his family and Bryson family reunions.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday, April 16th, from 9:30 to 11am at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 9304 Old Bustleton Avenue, Phila PA 19115.  Funeral Service will follow at 11am.  Interment will take place at a later date at the Washington’s Crossing National Cemetery.
