Stanley A. Wisniewski

Stanley A. Wisniewski, of Philadelphia, passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 88. He was the loving son of the late Veronica and Anthony Wisniewski. Beloved husband of the late Janet M. (nee Liken). Dearest father of Sandra L. Wisniewski and Jane Faunce (Chris) and stepfather of the late Janice McDevitt Ingram and Joyce Holly McDevitt Dorazio (the late Samuel). Dear grandfather of David, the late James, Robert, Sharon, the late Kelly, Scott, Louis, Dawn, Cheri, Nina, Christopher, Amber and Tina. He is also survived by his 27 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Stanley proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War after which went to work for PGW for many years. He loved Jesus, coffee each morning with his buddies, visits from his grandkids and great grandkids and hunting and fishing with his friends. A perfect day would be watching the football game with a bushel of crabs and a beer. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, December 27th from 6 to 8pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 9304 Old Bustleton Avenue and again on Tuesday, December 28th from 9 to 10am at Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave. His Funeral Mass will follow at 10am with interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem. In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations in his name to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org or to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org
