Milton H. Peak

Milton Harry Peak of Langhorne, PA passed away peacefully November 3rd, 2020 at the age of 70. Born and raised in Kensington, he had been a resident of Northeast Philadelphia for over 30 years, until his move to The Villages of Flowers Mill in Langhorne. Milt was a Philadelphia Firefighter for 35 years including many years as Fire Boat Engineer at Marine Unit 1. He was in the Army during the Vietnam War and in the Air National Guard Reserves during the Gulf War Conflict & Operation Enduring Freedom. Milt had a passion for trains and boats. He is preceded in death by his parents Harry and Anna Peak. Milt will be greatly missed by his devoted and loving wife Joanne of 37 years, his three daughters Gina Harlan, Lisa Puggi and Lauren Peak, and his grandchildren Brianne & Paul Polakoff and Morgan Glickstein. He will also be greatly missed by his sister, Marilyn Joniec, and many other relatives and close friends. Relatives and friends are invited to call Wednesday, Nov 11th from 6 to 8pm at the GALZERANO FUNERAL HOME, 9304 OLD Bustleton Avenue, Phila PA 19115 and again on Thursday, Nov 12th from 10 to 11am at the Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue. His Funeral Mass will follow at 11am. Interment with Military Honors will take place precisely at 1pm at Washington's Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Local 22 Widow’s Fund, 415 N 5th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
