Memories and Condolences

I had the honor of sharing the last few years of Winnie’s life. She was smart, observant and most of all, she saw life from her endlessly humorous perspective. She was my motivation for getting up each day and I cherish the time we spent together. She called me her “Ellie”. Over the years I grew to know her children and many grandchildren. The love this family had for Winnie was boundless, and I quickly understood that she was quite a force of nature! Although Covid eventually ended the countless indoor family visits, she had window visits daily and the constant care and love was abundant. I’ll miss her more than words can express. Ellen Ross

Winnie & I spent years working together;but even after retirement we remained friends. I have many fond memories of our time together. When Pete died years ago, her family was there always. She is and was a matriarch to a beautiful loving family. I will miss her. Now she and pete can rest in peace together. Cass Depasquale
Extending our deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother and praying for your family during this sad time.
Dear Pete & Mary, We just found out that your mom had passed. We were so sorry to hear. Our hope was that would could visit her again when the weather permitted her to be outside. Your mother became close friends with my mother, Theresa. We only knew you mom from time in the home. She was quite the character and we enjoyed many conversations. She spent a lot of time with my mother and would always be willing to come try to cheer my mom up after she returned to the home from a hospital. We hope you remember us. Our goal was to get back to see my mom & yours. Unfortunately, that was not to be. All our heartfelt condolences. Donna & Joe
