Caroline A. Anastasia (nee Tossona), formerly of Tacony, passed away on April 2, 2020 at the age of 88. She was the beloved wife of the late Gabe Caristo, Robert Demore and William Anastasia. Loving mother of Caroline Whitmore Smith (Danny), Robert Caristo, Mary Gabriele (Joe), Bobbi Demore, Toni Bradway (Eric), David Saia (Andria), Charlotte Keaser (Ron) and Stella Anastasia. Dearest grandmother of Dan Bright (Lori), Victoria Chapman (Justin), Joseph Gabriele (Jennifer), Christopher Gabriele (Lori-Ann), Cara Peterson (Jason), Kristen Keaser, Danielle Keaser, Vincent Caristo and Nicholas Demore. Dear great grandmother of Joey, Juliana, Anthony, Aubrey and Lilah Gabriele, Lorelei and Kyle Bright and Caroline, Leighton and Ford Chapman. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, September 25th, 2021 from 9:30 to 10:30am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Ronnie, Charlotte, Kristin, Dani and family, I'm sorry to hear of your mom and grandmother passing. While I worked at the home I always enjoyed visiting her. She was a nice sweet lady. Toni, Charlotte, Mary and family: I am so happy to have met your mom as my patient, then she became my friend. We did a lot of talking to Learn about each other. Mom taught me how to crochet Easter bunny pins. She so enjoyed going out to dinner with you guys and always had To tell me what she ate. She loved that. She would say, if my sugar is up will you get it down. Absolutely Caroline, absolutely. 😂. Well, you can rest assure she was one happy lady with you guys. She loved her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. So sorry you had to lose your mom this way. Your mom beat a lot of problems over the years, she did whatever it took to get through it, She was a very strong willed women. Then this horrible virus got her. She must of got tired. May she fly high with the angels and be wrapped in the loving arms of our lord Jesus Christ. ❤️💔

Hi Mumsie , No one could have ever asked for or had a more wonderful Mother In Law . You came along at The Worst time in my life and took me right into your Heart and made it all better . . My stomach was never so satisfied until I had your many meals made with Tender loving care , and the Bingo Games " Mix up The BALLS ", you always had surprises , The greatest gift of all was your Lovely Toni I will try my very best to try to treat Toni as well as you did . That is a very Tall Order , You shared your very large family with me , I was always in Awe at the many family gatherings that you made this Huge never ending roving Party happen . I was amazed on every occasion . Even at a Family Members Funeral I can still hear you say " Where's ERIC " You wanted to make sure I was there and close by I was right behind you . Sing and Fly with the Angels Mumsie you are truly the BEST ! I will see you again one day to continue all the Good times I had with you. God Speed The Lovely Sweet Caroline I look forward to being with you again . I miss you deeply !
I will never forget all the Love and care you gave to me and my Soul , I am and will be eternally grateful that you warmly accepted me and Loved me as your new Son in Law . I loved going to the Casinos with you , watching Classic Movies with you , seeing to Joy of Christmas in your eyes and Heart , Running out to get your Lottery Tickets , Breaking your Fresh Baked Bread with you , Those Pepper and Eggs sandwiches were truly an amazing creation by you DELICIOUS .
Our gearts go out to you and your whole family during thia difficult time. We pray that you all find peace and comfort soon. May she rest in peace with our Lord.
I am the daughter of Robert Caristo and granddaughter of the late Gabriel Caristo and Caroline Anastasia. My condolences to the entire Anastasia family. Wish my mother and father would have given me the opportunity to meet my late grandmother. Although we have never met she will be sadly missed by me.
