With great sadness, the family of Anne Patricia Kilroy (Nancy, nee Sharkey) announce her peaceful passing to eternal life, surrounded by her children, on June 15, 2021 at the age of 88. Born in Philadelphia to Patrick and Anna (nee Kerlin). Beloved wife for 66 years to the late John P. (Paddy). Loving mother to six children: Noreen Nicolo (James), John (Franklin Galina), Patricia Briscella (Anthony), Ann Cohen (Paul), Kathleen Tait (Charles) and Kevin. Grandmother to Anthony Briscella III (Cara), Joseph Briscella (Gina), Christina Corbett (Pat), Noreen Rebstock (Pat), Marie Nicolo, Paul Cohen Jr (Liz), John Cohen (Meghan), Sean Tait (Katie) and Colleen. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren - Maggie, Nora, Clare, Johanna, Jimmy, Anthony, Emily, Charlie, Maura, Anna and Marina. Survived by her sisters Kathleen (George) and Margaret (Franny). Pre-deceased by her brother Hugh (Anne), and sisters Susan, Marie (John) and Helen (John). Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Philadelphia, Charlestown, Ireland, Perth, Australia and Huddersfield England. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Nancy’s Life, Saturday morning, June 19, from 8:30 to 9:45am at the Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Ave, 19115, followed by her Funeral Mass 10 A.M. Int. Holy Sepulchre Cem. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Nancy's memory to Project HOME, 1515 Fairmount Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130.

Nancy along with Patty were two of the most beautiful, kind and loving people we have ever met.May the family find solace in the memories of a great life and knowing that Nancy and Patty are forever together in heaven.
So sorry to hear of your loss. Absence from the body is presence with the Lord. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. May she rest in peace. I am heartbroken as I cannot attend her memorial. My prayers are with the family 😘

Aunt Nancy, so kind, so sweet and so loving. Her and uncle Paddy were the best of the best. May she rest in peace.
